Independence Capital is a direct investor-advisor sponsoring elite management teams to build new groups through acquisition and enhance their own equity reward. The Independence business was started with a clear focus to be the go-to alternative for teams and leaders who wanted a more supportive alternative to traditional private equity.
Having supported teams and leaders who have so far sold for in excess of £2bn we have expanded our group to include a Sell-side Advisory company, drawing on our core expertise and sharing those experiences, contacts and insights for the benefit of independent business owners throughout the UK.

Fundamental to the Independence model, aside from being built around putting Management First, is working with experts in their fields. In our core Investment business we have a black book of over 1,200 CEO/CFOs all of whom have sold a business before and data assets which profile the M&A transactions of over 200,000 deals. We draw on this bank of talent and data to help research and bring much valued insight into each of our transactions.
